Connect your Email box to the Market

Just a few steps and you can use the market in your seabo account: Have a full overview of your email inbox, search easily for specific information, sort your emails and create subfolders. We show you how it works:

  1. Contact your IT expert
  2. Choose you mail provider and follow the steps below
  3. Start working!

How to connect to the market with your Exchange server

To forward emails to seabo, configure your Exchange server as described here:

  1. Go to Settings (small gear wheel icon).
  2. Select 'Options'.
  3. Follow the path: Mail → Inbox and Sweep Rules → Inbox Rules → Add.
  4. Give the rule a name → Set to [Apply to all messages] → Forward Redirect or Send → Forward Message To.
  5. Note: Setting Redirect instead of Forward will NOT keep a copy in your local Exchange Mailbox.
  6. Type in the external email address to forward to → Save.
  7. Note: As forwarding address (the external email address) use
  8. Please insert the forwarding address that matches your workspace here (your address)
  9. Click ‘OK’.

How to connect the market with GMail/G-Suite/G-Workspaces

Here you can simply follow the steps provided by Google:

Steps “Turn automatic forwarding on or off”

  1. On your computer, open Gmail using the account you want to forward messages from.
  2. In the top right, click Settings Settings and then See all settings.
  3. Click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
  4. In the "Forwarding" section, click Add <<Insert Workspace Forwarding Address here>>
  5. Enter the email address you want to forward messages to.
  6. Click Next and then Proceed and then OK.
  7. A verification message will be sent to that address. Click the verification link in that message. Make sure to not miss that step, it is mandatory.
  8. Go back to the settings page for the Gmail account you want to forward messages from, and refresh your browser.
  9. Click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
  10. In the "Forwarding" section, select Forward a copy of incoming mail to.
  11. Check ‘Keep Gmail's copy in the Inbox’
  12. At the bottom of the page, click Save Changes.
You are set! Now you can get started and enjoy the full range of seabo’s market feature.
